Hi,
I'm new to this group but just wanted to share a couple of pictures of my new minstrel banjo - replica of a 19th century model. It is big and beautiful. I also wanted to give a flag up to the guy I bought it from in South London, UK. He builds wonderful replicas out of reclaimed materials and his gallery is well worth a visit. I particularly like an octagonal minstrel banjo based on a photo of a soldier in the American Civil War. The site is https://www.flatfootjohnny.com/
If you are not familiar with his work I am certain you will like what you see.
Cheers,
Peter
