So started this group to hopefully meet with others who enjoy playing the banjo. Just started this year and I am very much a beginner but would like to meet fellow players that enjoy strumming on the 5 strings. I am currently taking lessons once a month from Bill Knopf, a well known player who is mentioned quite a bit throughout this site. I live and work in Burbank so anywhere in L.A. to meet and chat would be great.
