The Model D I got from Harry started to sound a little "off". I had not adjusted the head since I installed it. I tightened it a few rounds and didn't like it. I slacked it off a little and it came back to life. The finger tailpiece is nearly parallel to the head surface. I tightened it down a little and the banjo started sounding "tingy." The banjo did not like it. So I think I have it dialed in again.
