Hello! I'm a recent (as of this week) arrival to Wichita and just wanted to say hi to banjo folks in town, and in the state. If I've learned anything about Kansas, it's that the place is BIG, where 8 hours from Denver is just a smidge over half way across!
About me, I play the 5-string resonator banjo but these days prefer to focus on the tenor for Irish music. If you are nearby and want to have a few tunes or know where to find Irish music in town, please let me know. I also play the diatonic accordion, guitar, mandolin and harmonica.
I'm looking to make some music friends and get plugged into whatever the area has to offer, music wise, so drop me a line if you'd like and let's make some noise.
