In ancient time sheep's gut rather than cow or other animals was use for many instrument . Sheep is more expensive but the sound so much better. On my persian ud gut give warm and deep sound that nylgut can't offer me. I have tried cow's gut on my tackhead banjo and sound is good but i want to try sheep's gut now.

What is your experience ?
