I'm semi-retired and right now I'm on a project that only brings me home weekends. I play clawhammer. You might check out the Southeastern Bluegrass Association. There's a jam every Tuesday night at the Marietta square and another inside jam on the 4th Sunday of the month in Woodstock. I've been to both and they welcome any level of talent. Good Luck!! Terry

I am making an effort to stay on top of timing but still probably won't be ready to play with others for a while. Good to know you are that close by though. Looking forward to trading some insight and such. I'm finding that the banjo community is very small.
