I have basically new hardware I just changed out on my 12" Dobson skin head. It has all the sheen of new metal, nickel plated.
Waiting for Kevin to get in the hook nuts that match, which should be any time.
Have the hooks, the tension hoop, the original new head, tail piece, and soon, the tuners. Everything except the tone ring and the dowel support.
Let me know if you want it and make an offer.
