I am the proud owner of a new Companion Custom Banjo, hand made for me by Chris Sorenson. It is a great sounding and playing banjo and very light weight due to its maple wood tone ring. Chris also does set up work and repairs on other banjos as well.

	cottontop says: 9/13/2016 9:04:36 PM The more I play the Companion "Joe Robert," the more I like it. Today I played at a teacher's union meeting and later today I played at a folk jam. BTW, without being mic'd at the jam, it cut through the conglomeration of guitars and held it's own. The maple tone ring is plenty loud...Joe Robert
