I just noticed that I alone have posted the last 26 pieces of linked content on this group page. (See the column to the right.) We have to go back over a year to see any links from anyone else.

Don't any others of you post anything on the BHO that you could link to this page? Surely I'm not the only active member in Canada! [Ok - maybe I'm hyperactive]

It's really easy to link stuff you post elsewhere on this site to this group page.

If no one uses it, I wonder what the point of having a group page is.

	Paul R says: 4/1/2014 4:21:03 PM Why? In my case, I'm not equipped for it. I made my very first video - too rough for posting - on Saturday, with my Nikon still camera. I won't be able to put anything up anywhere on BHO until I replace this crummy computer.

Almost any BHO content can be linked - threads, blogs, audio tracks etc. Surely people are posting things that they aren't thinking to link to groups. we can make these groups much more alive, if we all make an effort to link appropriate content. but we have to nourish the grouos with content, or else they will just wither and die. Or maybe I'm the only one who cares about the jealth of the groups.

	Marc Nerenberg says: 4/2/2014 9:01:55 AM Just to try that out on a thread that wasn't my own (since I wasn't sure one could link other people's content) I just linked Arnie Naiman's thread about Michael Jerome Browne. It worked. You too can link threads, videos, MP3s etc. to this (and other) group(s) that you belong to.

	Jazzy Al says: 4/8/2014 12:57:48 PM I appreciate what Marc is saying and I am a also good friend of the group administrator, Jim Yates. However, I feel I rarely have anything intelligent to offer. I don't want to bore people with trivial discussions about my banjos, my performing career, or my overall banjo philosophy. I have videos and mp3s of my playing, which I could share with this group, but I need to figure out how to link them. My playing style is very improvisational and somewhat "outside the box" and I am just not sure that folks would enjoy listening. I have been a forum member for 10 years and am more a reader than a contributor. I would like this group to remain in tact because I think Canadians provide unique perspectives. If that requires me to post occasionally, I will attempt to do so, providing I can find something worthwhile to contribute!
