We discovered this tune awhile back and decided to play it. I recorded it our jam on a cell phone but it came out fairly clear. I played a minor backup roll in it on and old time banjo. I liked the sound of it. It was just right for this type song. Most of my banjos are very bright bluegrass resonators. All My Tears

	CAPT Steve says: 4/15/2023 3:48:16 PM The song was written by Julie Miller as a memorial to her friend Mark Heard. Mark was a folk/rock Christian musician, with a unique vocal style and interesting, thoughtful lyrics. He died unexpectedly at age 40. Julie and her husband Buddy Miller perform the song often, and have performed it with Emmylou Harris.
