That this post is not exactly about bluegrass music but is about the Lord's goodness and for that we can sing and play His praises. Just this afternoon my wife and I transferred our down payment and closing cost on our retirement home that we have been blessed to buy. We have lived in Africa for almost 24 years now but knew one day we would return to the states (Alabama) and need a home in our retirement years. In early February we found a home for sale that is real close to our daughter, son-in-law, and 3 grandsons and made an offer that was accepted. Since then we have gone through the process of buying a house long distance. Our son-in-law was given POA to reprent us at closing which will take place Wedneday morning. Come Wedneday afternoon they should be holding the keys for us to our new home. Okay enough already but did want to share and hope I wasn't too out of line.

Have our house sharing a property line with their house is going to be so nice. We are getting a gate between the two properties put in next week.
