I had heard that Bart was going to retire at banjo #4000. I see on his site that 2014's last # was 4128. Does anyone (Bart?) have further information here? Paul

	banjobart says: 7/17/2015 12:32:04 PM I was going to make 5,000 then reduced it to 4,000. But the real estate market plunge does not allow me to retire until about 5,000 banjos. I am at 4,200 banjos at the present time and making 150 per year, my usual production.

darylcrisp says: 7/17/2015 2:52:23 PM i just received # 4181, and A flat scale from elderlys(they had just received it maybe a month ago and i put it in layaway. its great! i plan to do a short review soon, with photos. i like the scale length a lot, and the 1/2" pot width. the Galax i just picked up in May used(2005, # 2601) is superb as well. it has the 5/8" pot and sounds very nice, plays real easy and has a perfect setup(as does the A flat). having owned a couple different brands from name makers, the Reiters are top shelf in build quality, sound, feel, and aesthetics imo. d
