	jbalch says: 7/19/2014 2:57:25 PM I think it is an early bacophone - I think that model originally lacked a rim cap (it was painted black like a Standard). Might be a bargain under $1k.
	jmoathout says: 7/19/2014 3:29:18 PM It is shown as S/N 2470 and is said to have walnut rim cap. It LOOKS to be painted as you say. I don't think Bart put walnut caps on Standards and maybe not on all Bacophones. On the other hand, I think all models EXCEPT the Standard would have a star at the fifth position for this S/N period. Nice neck, though
