I attended a small banjo workshop with Jens Kruger a couple of summers ago in a little music shop in Durham, NC where I live. He was amazing. I learned more about musicianship from him in 3 hours than maybe my whole life.

The first thing he did when he sat down in front of the small group (there were maybe 10 people there, I was in the front row about 6 feet away from him) to begin the session was to ask me to let him hold and try my Bart Reiter Standard. He loved the banjo and I had kittens.
