StewMac Bacon tone rings available again - for "plus" conversion

Stewart McDonald is again offering their Bacon Ff Professional type tone ring. It had been discontinued for a while...but is now back on the website.

At the Nashville clawhammer camp, we used one of the new rings to covert a Bart Reiter Galax model to the "plus" configuration ( bacon ring atop a whyte Laydie scallop). The installation was a breeze and the final set-up sounded great.

	kona says: 5/2/2014 1:04:50 PM great news, thanks for the info. gives me hope that I'll get to own a bacophone plus one day. Has Bart always used Stew-Mac WL rings, and does he continue to do so? in other words, will these work with any Reiter using a WL ring?
