I recently installed a John Balch natural goatskin head on my Reiter Special. I love the look and the sound of the new head and John was a pleasure to do business with. Currently I am experimenting with various bridge and string combinations until I get the sound that I am looking for. This is my first natural head and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. I posted a picture of the head on my homepage.
