I'm down to my last 4 Reiter banjos, down from my high of 10. The one I'm going to offer for sale now is Serial #40, a short scale from 1984. At that time, Bart was, I believe, making his own truss rods and the scale length is 23 3/4, 1 inch shorter than the ones currently available. A very interesting piece of Reiter history. $995

	jbalch says: 10/16/2012 3:20:12 PM That looks like a GREAT banjo to own and play. My 1994 a-scale Grand Concert is the same lenth. They are what Bart used to call "true" a-scale banjos - the same length as his standard (w/ capo at the 2nd fret). BTW: I've traded with Rich before and recommend him.
