She was obviously on a break from practicing (or performing) with the philharmonic and was showing everyone what the banjo is about. But say what you want, that's what this group is all about. Though I'd like to be able to hear some of your tunes at some point as well.

I like OT with a strong beat and phrasing. It just didn't have it so much. the tunes you post are stronger 'folk' flavour with soul that a classically trained musician gets bred out of them. That's all I meant. I am certainly not comparing anyone to me.

I apologised for the first post; it was writtenas a litotes and not intended to list any faults of Mandy. I am not going to post any of my recordings because I am not good enough. To hopefully solve this situation I am leaving this group.
