I have two Keith stainless tuners, that have just been reconditioned from Keith. I have two Waverly tuners for the first and fourth strings. What makes this set special, they have matching buttons that mimic the prewar type. The buttons on the Keith’s are splined, and use the original thumb screws. This makes a big difference in staying in tune, and no slippage. I did have to add a small nylon washer, to keep the thumb screw from bottoming out, before it reached its proper depth. These will look great on a prewar banjo.
