Here is a set of 24 gold plated round hooks. I have no idea what the pedigree is of these hooks are. Back in the summer I bought a large box of banjo parts that a guy in Miami had found in a shed behind a house he had just bought. These were in there almost the broken friction tuners and loose razor blades, but I have no clue what they came off of.
There’s some almost indictable scratching on some of these and there is some crud in some of the threading, but overall these are in great shape. I put a Gibson Style nut on them and it fit and turned perfectly.
It costs almost $200 to get a new set of gold Prucha hooks and nuts so despite not having the corresponding nuts, I think these are priced attractively.
