These are perfect tuners for someone who wants the stability of geared planetary banjo tuners without modifying their antique banjo. Nickel plating is in 7/10 condition and the Ivoroid buttons on this set have a smoky hued, understated elegance that I really like. All four tuners work, though in varying degrees of smoothness. Two turn pretty smoothly and two of them feel a little bumpy when used. Pretty normal for these tuners.
