Ready for final sanding and finish, then to be mounted for the first time on a banjo. Frets (regular wire, not stainless steel) have not been leveled (usually saved for after finish work) but it likely would play fine now (fret ends have been nicely finished to bindings). Needs fifth string tuning peg pilot hole enlarged and reamed and peg fit/installed; needs fifth string nut hole drilled and nut installed; needs string nut installed; needs truss rod cover and screws installed; needs lag bolts installed and neck set to banjo pot. Two way truss rod works great in both directions.
This is slightly shelfworn from storage (see small dings on heel cap area-would steam out or drop fill to be invisible); there may be more small dings, scratches, rub marks, dust, etc....from storage.
This is the standard "prewar" dimension; nut width now is 1.211" which is roomy for a standard 8mm string spacing and could be made smaller during final sanding if desired.
