This is original and has had light use; all mechanics work well, and it has the original leather pad. I changed the original string cushion to the stock Huber capo surgical tubing as I thought it was superior. It works as intended with no issues. The surgical tubing has never been turned and there is not much wear on the used side. See pictures for condition and measurements. There are initials lightly engraved on both of the inside sides as pictured. I think these were only made in one size, but I can't remember for sure; it is similar to the Huber capo dimensions I have listed (you can check that listing to compare measurements). I have had it on several Huber, Gibson, and other similar "standard" pre-war size/dimension necks with no issues of fit. See the measurements and confirm that this will work for your purposes. This is for a flat fretboard, not a radius fretboard. I got this from Jim Triggs when he was at Gibson with Greg Rich in about 1991. Being aluminum, it is lighter than the stainless steel versions. The gold anodizing would go well with a gold plated banjo, and there is not much if any wear to the gold colored anodized finish (it is not gold plating).
