These are modern Vega inspired L shoes with mounting screws and washers. Ome and Stew-Mac sell these. They have the kind of screws that Mount in the wall of the rim rather than the bracket band. The plating is kind of “bubbly” in places, but they are none the less functional and cost significantly less than ordering new ones at $4.50 each.
