For sale or trade, are the following items:
One 1994 Deering Golden Era H&F neck with Cremona Stain
One 1994 Deering Golden Era resonator with Cremona Stain
2008 Gold Star 3-ply rim pot assembly with JLS #4 No-Hole tone ring.
These are from a parts banjo, and I would prefer keeping them assembled, HOWEVER, I need to sell them separately to fund the purchase of a vehicle for my work.
The neck comes with all four tuners and the fifth string peg. No breaks in the neck whatsoever. Solid, quality Deering craftsmanship.
The resonator will come with all four lugs and thumbscrews.
$800 obo for everything — or $400 for the neck, $200 for the resonator, and $200 for the pot assembly.
These parts would be great for a Gibson conversion or (you name it!)
The GE neck had been sanded on the underside, by my friend who sold the banjo to me. The sanding has NO adverse effects on playing. The neck is extremely high quality, you won’t find a banjo neck much better than this.
