1927 Vega Little Wonder short scale (21”), 10 15/16” head tenor banjo in very good to excellent condition with an unusual chromed steel detachable “resonator.” The wood finish is very good - a few nicks on heel, headstock and bottom of rim. The neck is straight and frets have very little wear for the banjo’s age.
Original friction tuners replaced with new geared tuners. A calfskin head is currently installed and a Remo Mylar head is included. Banjo comes with a gig bag.
It is currently set up for Irish tunes - DGAE - but sounds equally as good set up for CGDA.
