I have never seen a more beautiful Hatfield banjo, and in virtually unplayed condition than this custom Buckcreek. Why do I call this a custom Buckcreek. Well the block in the beautiful rosewood fingerboard say Buckcreek, but the banjo is gold plated and has some of the nicest quilted wood on the resonator I've ever seen. I believe that the wood is mahogany, but I've never seen anything like it. Not only that but there is not a blemish on this banjo anywhere. Not even a fingerprint on the gold hardware. It's like this banjo was hermetically seal in 2007 when it was built and never touched since. Any did I say that this instrument comes with a Price case. So if you are a hatfield fan or just looking for an incredible banjo at an incredible price, this may be the one for you. I don't know where you would ever spend less for this kind of package.
