I've been playing on this one for awhile. In house while watching TV etc. Frets are still perfect but it does have some smudges on the head. No other issues. $1800 shipping included.
The Granger Cherry Banjo is built around Sullivan Vintage 35 ring mated to their 3 ply maple rim giving it exceptional tone and response.
The laminated cherry neck has a very nice figure and pleasing to the eye. The ebony fingerboard is inlayed with a modified Flying Eagle design as is the headstock. The fingerboard is spiked at 7, 9, & 10 and is bound in white/black/white. A two way truss rod is installed. Waverly tuners complete the neck.
The cherry resonator is nicely figured and changes its appearence when viewd from different angles. Bound in matching white/black/white, it also features concentric rings in the Mastertone style.
Finished in high gloss nitro lacquer and shipped in a Superior hardshell case.
