I am listing my 1959 Gibson Bowtie with the saught after 19 Hole tone ring. I purchased this banjo with the 19 Hole flathead ring installed. The ring was professionally fit to the cut rim and sounds amazing. If you have had experience with the 19 holes rings you know what I'm talking about. The 4th string is very deep, it's sweet all the way up the neck and sings above the 12th. Comes with D tuners shown in photos, you can install them if you like but I preferred to play it without them. No fret wear, everything is original but the SS bridge and Presto tailpiece. Serial number 8-548-12. Resegnator has a few scratches shown in the photos but nothing serious at all. Overall the banjo is super nice and sounds spectacular like a 19 Hole should. If you have questions feel free to contact me.
