This is a custom order Deering Maple Blossom. It has a natural finish beautiful curly maple neck and resonator. I purchased this in 2005 new and have had it in case 99% of the time. I rarely had time to play it but it has a beautiful sound. Comes with hard case and original tags. Here is what Deering said about it
"Your banjo is an October of 2004 model. It was originally ordered, made in a natural finished maple. The Maple Blossom is a maple banjo with a dark brown stain. It does not have a different name; just a custom option. In 2004 that banjo sold for $3199. If it is a highly figured maple, that would be an additional $500 today. That should give you some idea of value. Thanks."
