We all know what great banjos these are. They have a great neck that is easy to play, a 3 ply violin grade maple rim--same as high end deering models, and geared tuners.
This one also has been upgraded with a grover bridge with bone inserts, a brass tone hoop has been added, an unfrosted remo head, and a shubb 5th string capo has been installed.
These banjos are good to start with. With these upgrades this one can’t sound any better than this.
Take this upgraded goodtime to a jam and shame the masterclones out of the building.
With the upgrades this banjo is good for all styles. It is mellow enough for old-time/two fingered style but also packs plenty of punch for Bluegrass. Check out the video for a demonstration. I've owned four Goodtime banjos (this is my third Goodtime II) and this one will do you just fine.
Hardshell case included.
