Reiter Special(11" maple pot, maple neck)with brass tone ring. ebony fretboard, headstock overlay. star inlay on headstock and at 5th fret. frailing scoop. Elite head, no knot tailpiece. action at the 12th(as it came)is 3/32". plays great, easy. very bell like quality without harsh or thin notes.
The Special is getting harder and harder to find-especially one with a frailing scoop. This is #3421 purchased thru Fretted Instrument Workshop in MA.
Found a shortscale Ramsey i want to try out for a while so i've dropped the price on the Reiter-get it while you can.
$950 plus actual shipping/insurance.
