Research shows this banjo was a high end model produced by Oscar Schmidt in the 1920-30's. This is a 19 fret model with a built in resonator. It has a 3 star Rogers head and is set up to play Irish tenor style. The hardware seems of excellent quality with Grover planetary tuners, and an Elite tailpiece.
It measures 22 3/4" from the bridge to the nut. The frets are in good shape and the neck is straight. Minor finish checking you'd expect on an instrument of this vintage.
This comes in a serviceable chipboard case.
