$4,700 USD
Freshly back 09/30/2026 from the luthier with new setup, polished frets and new strings. Plenty of saddle to adjust to your liking. Sounds great and still looks great.
2007 Johann Brentrup 23V one off. Purchased from Carter Vintage Guitars in Nashville. Comes as received in a red Bobelock case for this price. I do have a cheaper case that would reduce price some. Also have nicer cases that will increase price some. Glad to answer questions. Shipping included in lower 48.
Excellent overall condition but does have some finish checking on the top only when held at the correct angle in good lighting.
1.113 nut width, Ebony fingerboard, German Spruce top and Baltic Maple 2 piece back in what was called a Blackburst.
No cracks and frets are good and clean.
Hans words on this one :
"Also put out a few odd ones with custom appointments, here's one that had a blackburst back.." "German spruce top.." "Note the QS Baltic maple back. Was a very rich sounding instrument but was also good for bluegrass."
There's a video on YouTube of this one and I have a couple that the dealer sent. Priced at a deal $4700.
May consider trades of Banjo or Dreadnought of same value or lower value and cash difference.
