Up for sale is a highly desirable, authentic prewar 1935 Gibson TB-00 19-fret tenor banjo.
Manufactured during the height of the Great Depression in Kalamazoo, Michigan, this instrument is an excellent piece of Gibson history.
This banjo is a prime candidate for a vintage collector or a builder looking for an authentic prewar Gibson rim assembly ("pot") for a 5-string bluegrass conversion.

stamped clearly on the inside of the wooden rim, definitively dating this instrument to 1935.
