Vintage Vegaphone Professional Tailpiece used on a tenor banjo. There are five hooks under the string cover that flips up as it was designed to accommodate either a four or five string banjo. The tailpiece has some minor string marks on the surface. No rust. No pitting. On the long end of the built in/swing up cover it says Vegaphone Professional with the Vega star logo. On the short leg of the cover it says Grover Patent with Presto in script. Missing is the original bolt and nut for mounting the tailpiece and the small screw for adjusting the tailpiece angle although I'm providing quality replacements.
