As far as I'm aware, these are no longer in existence and if you wanted one, there would be no way to purchase a new one. I've had this thing for years and probably only ever used it 2-3 times if even. Great concept and works as intended but not something I find myself needing right now.
Companion banjos made these a few years ago and sold them for $60 plus shipping on their website. Here's their description of the stand:
