This came on the Fender Leo Deluxe rim I have for sale in these classifieds. I was pretty confident it is not original to that rim, and a helpful BHO member pointed out this was the work of the B Ring Company, who operated out of Indiana about fifteen years ago.
This ring seems to be pretty well made. It’s been hacked at a little bit in the location of coordinator rods and lag bolts, but otherwise has minimal cosmetic damage in the chrome plating.
