Coming in at 100 years old this 1926 Gibson “ball bearing” configuration TB-5 conversion remains in great condition overall showing cosmetic wear. The ball-bearing configuration is known for its sweet tone and decay and this one is no exception. The armrest is a two piece, gold plated from the post war era. The neck is made in the classic style five design with hearts and flowers inlay along with the inlaid wood on the back of the peg head and iridescent binding. I’m not sure who made the neck, but it’s definitely got some age on it and a fantastic profile. If you have any questions or desire, additional pictures, don’t hesitate to ask. Thanks for looking.
