Selling this plain but rather unique looking CM as I am rarely playing it. It's been replaced in the que by a 1967 Martin tenor guitar. Very fine and lighweight CM hookless banjo. Most comfortable banjo I've ever had. Would be great for someone liking a small or light banjo (it's @5lbs). It's a great banjo for festivals or camps. Has a very pleasing warm tone, responds well to a light or firmer touch. CM has some vids and sound of this model on Facebook as I recall. The banjo is still like new and plays the way it is supposed to. I'm the original owner and have had it about 4 years. Comes with like new Boulder Alpine gigbag. Price is firm (it cost me a lot more) and I'm not looking to trade. Thanks!
Oh, forgot to mention, the rim material is a composite phenolic resin, think similar to Richlite used for fretboards. It's impressive stuff, hard and light, and seems to stay in tune longer than wood rims, imho. Minimally affected by humidity also. It'll come with the strap as it has guitar strap buttons, and I don't need the strap.
