These came of a 1926 Mastertone tenor neck. These seem to have the original ivoroid buttons and one is more pale than the other three - see photos. These tuners do not look as if they have ever been "re-conditioned." A couple of the screws show signs of burring. The tuners all turn freely. I think they are a 2:1 ratio but that is from turning and watching the shaft turning. it might be a good idea to lubricate them - carefully.
The neck frets are not worn so I believe the neck was not played a great deal. The pot was "converted" and is part of a splendid top tension 5 string banjo. It is the date of the pot that allows me to be specific regarding their age.
Since these are 100 years old, I cannot warranty the tuners nor will I accept returns.
