Offered for sale is a 2008 Stelling Red Fox in excellent condition, featuring the highly desirable Tony Pass “Old Wood” rim. This banjo has the classic Stelling power, clarity, and note separation that Red Fox models are known for—paired with the added warmth and responsiveness of the Pass rim.

Condition:
* Very clean overall. Minimal signs of use—no structural issues, cracks, or repairs. Frets show little wear. Has been well cared for and kept in a controlled environment.
Sound:
*Strong volume with excellent clarity up the neck. Deep, dry low end with crisp highs—great for bluegrass or melodic playing.
I recently replaced the head with a Stelling head and tightened the head to a 92 on a drum dial.
