This rim is cut for a one piece flange and a flathead Mastertone style tonering. I don’t know who made this rim, but it seems to be quality.
Issues I can see are some small lumps or bubbles in the finish on the interior in places, as well as one widened lag bolt hole.
This was attached to the five star tonering I just listed in case you wish to reunite them. It’s slightly looser than a “slip fit,” but it still fits well.
