The Flinthill rim and flange apparently left the factory together as part of a Flinthill archtop banjo. The rim is cut for an archtop tone ring, and it could be cut to accept a flathead ring. Rim laminations are tight. L-brackets have been moved, so there are extra holes in the rim.
The flange has been PAINTED GOLD ON THE TOP SIDE to give the impression that is vintage gold plating. I must say that it doesn't look too bad. When you look underneath you see the original nickel plating. The J-hooks appear to be unplated brass. No nuts are included.
If you have a cost sensitive banjo project in the works, these parts could help you out. $100 with the shipping cost to be determined.
