Here’s a great neck from a well regarded period of Gibson Banjos. As one would expect for a 250 of this era, it is mahogany with an ebony fretboard. The heel is cut for a one piece flange. The frets have minimal wear, with what little there is present in the first couple frets. There are some scrapes at the top of the peg head and some finish checking throughout the back of the neck. There was crack (not a break) in the back of the heel that the previous owner had fixed with hide glue.
Original Five Star planet tuners are included. Will knock $50 off of purchase price if the buyer does not want them.
