Beautiful old Vega style n with custom 5 string maple neck . Circa 1926 vintage pot in very good condition , custom 5 string neck is solid maple with a numbers matching original dowel stick, neck is wider than standard at 1 3/8 at the nut and 2 inches at the heel c shaped neck is very comfortable and easy to play , 26 1/4 scale with bound fretboard , walnut stringer, walnut peg head, and heel cap, ebony fret board and real mother of pearl inlays in the Vega style.finish is lacquer slightly darker at the heel and peg head and similar to the original pot near the middle. Stew Mac medium frets are easy to play with low action and 5/8 bridge , new geared tuners , bone nut and raised bone pip for claw hammer style, 2 way adjustable truss rod (from heal end) allows use of steel strings and ease of play with the vintage sound and mojo of a true vintage Vega over 100 years old .
