This came off a Slingerland Maybell five string. This tailpiece was standard on these models.
I think the condition is good with no wear on the plating but with a few small marks and scratches as you might expect.
The bend seems totally sound to me, I have tried to show this on the pictures.
Postage to the USA will be around $25, but please ask for an exact quote.
