For sale a Cox curly maple resonator with excellent figure. This is partially finished and has been on the shelf since 2016. It was from an early banjo build we were experimenting with but abandoned for other projects.
There are some shallow blemishes (see pictures) and a large cutout for the heel. The reso has about 5 coats of nitro lacquer on it. Bound with tortoise shell celluloid binding
It could easily be stripped/sanded off to bare wood an refinished.
