I bought this from Bob Smakula in January 2024 for $1475 + $95 shipping and I guess I've played it a total of 2-3 hours (invoice is available if you want to see it). It's got a big sound and I was looking for something else since I only play in my little computer room where I run my business. I can't list it as new but whatever is the next level - used mint. I'll go with that. Here are the banjo hangout reviews banjohangout.org/reviews/searc...edir=true
From Kevin Enoch's site:
The neck is walnut with an oil finish and adjustable truss rod. The neck's shape is designed to be similar to some of the early Dobsons.
The fingerboards are Richlite, a jet-black man-made material that is more stable than ebony.
The geared Gotoh tuners come standard with black plastic buttons.
The rims are multi-ply maple with no tone ring and a black finish. All models come standard with REMO "Renaissance" heads.
I am throwing in the beautiful strap and the wire armrest (also from Smakula). Comes with the Enoch padded gigbag.
