Very early version of Sonny’s Ugly Tuners (D cam tuners) dating to the early 90s. I bought from original owner who bought from Sonny at a festival in the early 1990s. They do work. I did replace the felt on the back as previous felt had deteriorated. I have the second generation Ugly Tuners (with notch for truss rod) and don’t need these. Great Sonny Osborne collector item.
